Build sustainable intake and prioritization practices across engineering, data, and business teams, while improving project management tools, templates, and delivery standards. Lead complex, high-visibility initiatives, resolve cross-functional delivery challenges, manage stakeholder relationships, and mentor project team members without formal management responsibility.

Lead and scale ETF fund administration, overseeing regulatory filings, board reporting, audits, liquidity monitoring, operational controls, risk management, and service-provider relationships. Build scalable processes, develop senior teams, strengthen governance, improve efficiency, and partner with internal stakeholders and external fund ecosystem participants. Support regulatory exams, client due diligence, and platform growth while maintaining accuracy, accountability, and service quality.

Supports recruiting from requisition through hire, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, communications, screening, offers, background checks, and preboarding. Maintains recruiting data and workflows in Rippling, supports pipeline reporting, and coordinates onboarding, employee communications, training, HR documentation, and audits. Partners with hiring managers and the HR team to improve recruiting processes and deliver a consistent candidate and employee experience.
