Leads TKDA’s Pacific Northwest region by shaping growth strategy, strengthening client and industry relationships, coordinating cross-functional operations, supporting project and technical leadership, and developing regional talent and culture. The role translates organizational priorities into business plans, expands market presence, connects clients with TKDA capabilities, and represents the firm across professional and community organizations.

Lead process engineering design and execution for mining, mineral processing, material handling, and heavy industrial facilities. Develop PFDs, P&IDs, calculations, specifications, and equipment designs; coordinate multidisciplinary teams; oversee quality, safety, commissioning, and client expectations. Support proposals, business development, client relationships, conferences, and project pursuits. Mentor engineers and establish engineering standards and best practices. Regular travel to offices, project sites, and industrial facilities is expected.
