The Design Director will lead creative vision and strategy across global lifestyle brands, overseeing brand narratives, seasonal storytelling, trend forecasting, product storytelling, visual assets, packaging, and production artwork. This role mentors and develops a diverse design team, ensures design excellence and consistency, aligns creative initiatives with business goals, manages timelines and resources, and collaborates with stakeholders globally. The position is based on-site in Seattle with occasional travel.
