Assists with producing, updating, testing, publishing, and maintaining ecommerce and brand website content using CMS tools and HTML. Supports product enrichment, content lifecycles, quality assurance, project ticketing, creative requests, and publishing calendars. Collaborates with creative, development, merchandising, and digital marketing teams to ensure accurate, timely content launches across devices and regions while helping optimize revenue and guest experience.

Manage digital advertising and affiliate marketing agencies during a temporary parental-leave coverage assignment. Oversee SEM, paid social, display, affiliate campaigns, budgets, invoices, reporting, optimization, and partner relationships. Coordinate with marketing, creative, merchandising, and eCommerce teams; maintain campaign calendars, approve advertisements, ensure brand consistency, identify performance opportunities, and provide leadership updates. The role also requires a clear handoff of open items and priorities when the assignment ends.

Supports employee relations across corporate, retail, and restaurant teams. Conducts complex workplace investigations, manages employee concerns and claims, advises managers on performance and policy matters, maintains HR policies and handbooks, monitors employment-law compliance, facilitates training, and partners with HR leadership on workplace culture and strategic initiatives.

Manages seasonal style masters, ERP cost sheets, sales orders, and production purchase orders. Coordinates with vendors and cross-functional teams to monitor production, resolve delays, adjust orders, address capacity and MOQ issues, and support on-time delivery aligned with sales demand and inventory strategies.

Supports technical designers with development and production tech packs, fittings, fit comments, garment measurements, construction specifications, pattern evaluation, and sample review. Maintains pattern, sample, and measurement libraries; updates PLM records; coordinates fit models and fittings; documents product changes; and participates in cross-functional meetings. The role helps ensure fit, construction, grading, and design quality while meeting seasonal brand calendars.

Provide personalized customer service in a retail store by greeting guests, recommending merchandise, offering product and styling knowledge, promoting marketing programs and events, supporting store meetings, and helping achieve sales and service goals.

Provides Tier 2 technical support for corporate users, troubleshooting hardware, software, networking, remote connections, and mobile devices. Installs and configures PCs, Macs, printers, and network equipment; develops software deployment packages; manages patches, assets, licensing, and documentation; and researches technology solutions. Collaborates with infrastructure teams, supports systems administrators, and may travel occasionally to support new or relocated retail and restaurant locations.

Lead creative vision and strategic direction for Tommy Bahama Women's Design across product categories. Develop seasonal direction (color, print, silhouette, fabrication), partner with Merchandising, Product Development and Marketing to translate consumer insights into commercial product strategies, and manage budgets, processes and calendars. Build and mentor a high-performing design team, drive operational excellence, and travel for trend research. Ensure garment fit, construction, and material quality while protecting brand authenticity and profitability.
