Develop and maintain front-end features for a B2B eCommerce site using Angular, TypeScript/NgRx, HTML/CSS and JavaScript. Integrate REST APIs and third-party platforms (AEM, Adobe Target, Bazaarvoice, Klaviyo). Build responsive, SEO-friendly, CMS-driven components, troubleshoot performance/usability issues, and collaborate with design and stakeholders to deliver time-sensitive site updates.

Lead technical solution definition and roadmap for enterprise applications. Translate business requirements into scalable, secure designs, own solutions across lifecycle, oversee vendors and development, produce architecture and integration documentation, mentor technical staff, and support enterprise architecture governance.

Create and produce digital assets for web, email, social, and paid media using established brand templates. Prepare production-ready files, maintain creative file organization/version control, resize and adapt layouts for multiple formats, support campaigns and internal initiatives, and assist senior designers to ensure brand consistency and timely execution.

Provide first-level in-person, phone, and email technical support for retail, restaurant, and corporate locations. Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, peripherals and network printers, manage helpdesk tickets, escalate to Tier II/III, install/configure PC and Mac hardware/software, and maintain troubleshooting documentation and FAQs.

Process bi-weekly payroll for a business group, verify hours/wages/deductions, manage leave of absence calculations, handle new hires/terminations/adjustments, reconcile uncashed checks, run ADP/Kronos interfaces and reports, ensure multi-state payroll tax and labor law compliance, and provide backup support.

Deliver exceptional in-store guest service: greet customers, recommend products, share product knowledge and styling advice, meet sales and service goals, support merchandising and store events, participate in team meetings, and perform other duties to support store operations.

Provide HR operational support including HRIS data entry (new hires, status changes, terminations), supervise mailroom/reception staff, maintain personnel records, coordinate payroll/final paychecks, handle I-9 and policy questions, conduct exit interviews, process invoices, and support HR Business Partner and Facilities tasks.

Lead global product safety, regulatory compliance, and EPR programs. Interpret and implement regulatory requirements, manage supplier compliance, oversee testing and third-party labs, resolve product quality issues and recalls, draft policies and training, and report metrics. Supervise a specialist and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure compliant products, packaging, and marketing claims across global markets.

Support Sr. Marketing Manager to plan and execute integrated omnichannel campaigns. Manage schedules, briefs, reporting, budgets, cross-functional coordination, performance analysis, and stakeholder communications.
