Supports apparel product development and production from initial development through delivery. Maintains WIP reports, tracks samples and approvals, reviews tech packs, updates Flex PLM, supports costing and purchase orders, coordinates testing and quality compliance, monitors timelines, and communicates with global vendors and cross-functional teams. The role also manages production data, labels, packaging, pricing approvals, and special projects while helping ensure on-time, high-quality product delivery.

Supports employee relations across corporate, retail, and restaurant teams. Conducts complex workplace investigations, manages employee concerns and claims, advises managers on performance and policy matters, maintains HR policies and handbooks, monitors employment-law compliance, facilitates training, and partners with HR leadership on workplace culture and strategic initiatives.

Manages seasonal style masters, ERP cost sheets, sales orders, and production purchase orders. Coordinates with vendors and cross-functional teams to monitor production, resolve delays, adjust orders, address capacity and MOQ issues, and support on-time delivery aligned with sales demand and inventory strategies.
