Coordinate and administer marketing projects from intake through completion using RoboHead. Maintain workflows, templates, dashboards, and reports; monitor timelines, communicate delays, schedule status meetings, and support cross-functional teams and marketing leadership to keep deliverables on track.

Maintain and support EDI technical standards and communications, process inbound/outbound transactions, troubleshoot translator and partner issues, administer trading partner setups, manage product catalogs, develop and execute EDI test plans, and provide Level 1/2 support for EDI and BlueCherry supply chain applications.

Process bi-weekly payroll for a business group, verify hours/wages/deductions, manage leave of absence calculations, handle new hires/terminations/adjustments, reconcile uncashed checks, run ADP/Kronos interfaces and reports, ensure multi-state payroll tax and labor law compliance, and provide backup support.
