Own personal injury clients and pre-litigation cases from intake through settlement. Responsibilities include client advocacy, coordinating medical care, advancing high-volume caseloads, requesting and reviewing medical records and bills, preparing demand packages, negotiating outcomes, maintaining accurate case information, and communicating effectively with clients and team members. The role is fully remote and requires Georgia personal injury experience.

Serves as the President’s strategic right hand, managing daily priorities, inbox and Slack communications, calendar, meeting follow-ups, executive onboarding, travel logistics, board preparation, and cross-functional coordination. The role requires strong judgment, discretion, organization, project management, data analysis, presentation skills, and the ability to create structure in a fast-growing, ambiguous environment while providing candid executive support.

Manage daily accounting activities, client trust funds, settlement proceeds, reconciliations, ledgers, disbursements, journal entries, reporting, and close activities. Investigate discrepancies, support audits, strengthen internal controls, and improve accounting workflows. Collaborate with Accounting, Legal, Treasury, Settlement, and Operations teams while maintaining compliance and confidentiality in a rapidly scaling remote law firm.
