The Contracts Manager supports Trace3’s Legal Department by drafting, reviewing, revising, and negotiating commercial agreements and NDAs. The role manages contract approvals, signatures, records, contract-management systems, insurance certificates, corporate filings, entity formation, and related legal administrative tasks. It works closely with corporate counsel and cross-functional teams while supporting multiple projects and priorities.

Provides full-cycle payroll processing and reconciliation for exempt employees, commissions, bonuses, deductions, garnishments, and final pay. Handles employee inquiries, payroll reporting, compliance, audits, data accuracy, and multi-jurisdiction taxation. Supports payroll integrations, system upgrades, automation, workflow documentation, and process improvements while collaborating with HR, Finance, and IT. Serves as backup for commissions administration and helps maintain accurate, timely, scalable payroll operations.

Leads technical presales for AI solutions, including client discovery, data-readiness assessment, reference architecture, agentic workflow design, prototypes, AI security and governance, and executive presentations. Partners with sales, data, cloud, security, and delivery teams to create commercially viable solutions and high-quality handoffs. The role focuses on retrieval, semantic search, model evaluation, orchestration, production readiness, and modern cloud and data platforms, with mentoring and thought leadership responsibilities.
