Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships for turnkey commercial HVAC projects. Manage project lifecycle, coordinate internal teams, prepare proposals and contracts, maintain SalesForce records, ensure customer satisfaction, identify account growth opportunities, and perform site visits with exposure to mechanical environments.

Lead strategic selling of energy and sustainability solutions across public and private sectors. Identify and qualify opportunities, build multi-stakeholder relationships, structure financial pro formas, close large, complex deals, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver performance- and finance-driven projects while growing a multi-million dollar pipeline.
