Supports global TCP/IP, VPN, MPLS, and financial-market network infrastructure in a 24x7 NOC environment. Responsibilities include monitoring systems, triaging incidents, troubleshooting routing, protocols, circuits, hardware, and multicast market data, configuring Cisco, Arista, and Juniper equipment, coordinating vendors and maintenance activities, managing tickets, and supporting customer escalations. Provides second-level network support, change management, operational readiness checks, and rotating after-hours on-call coverage.
