Performs preventive maintenance, corrective repairs, work orders, grounds maintenance, and troubleshooting across commercial building systems. Responsibilities include HVAC, plumbing, electrical, lighting, fire alarm, equipment, and structural repairs; energy management; emergency response; inspections; and maintaining equipment and grounds under the Chief Engineer’s supervision. The role is fully on-site and may involve shifts, overtime, on-call duties, climbing, lifting, and extended emergency assignments.
