Performs preventive maintenance, corrective repairs, troubleshooting, and work orders for commercial buildings, equipment, grounds, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, lighting, and other installed systems. Inspects building systems, responds to emergencies, supports energy management initiatives, and maintains equipment under the Chief Engineer’s supervision. The role is fully on-site in Bellevue, Washington, and may involve shift work, overtime, on-call duties, climbing, and lifting.
