Teams at Trase

Design, build, and operate secure, portable platform infrastructure across AWS, Azure, GCP, private cloud, hybrid cloud, and on-premises environments. The role covers Kubernetes, containerization, infrastructure as code, CI/CD, GitOps, networking, security, observability, release engineering, and production reliability. Senior and Staff engineers will lead architecture, establish engineering standards, build reusable deployment capabilities, troubleshoot complex distributed systems, and mentor engineers. Up to 20% travel may be required.

Own the strategy, vision, roadmap, specifications, and delivery of AI and ML-driven products. Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, sales, presales, customers, and partners to develop features, manage dependencies, ensure quality, support go-to-market activities, evangelize products, and analyze market and competitor trends.

Own full-cycle enterprise sales for Trase's AI agent platform: prospect, build territory strategy, engage C-suite, run consultative discovery, design ROI-driven business cases and POCs, partner with cross-functional teams, and consistently hit pipeline and ARR targets while positioning the platform against legacy and point solutions.
