Design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack applications using Angular, TypeScript, Node.js/NestJS; build and integrate RESTful APIs; support ETL and data processing with Python/PySpark; collaborate in SAFe Agile with architects, QA, and DevOps; maintain CI/CD, documentation, and federal compliance; mentor developers and help modernize large-scale federal health IT systems.

Design, prototype, and validate agentic AI systems and LLM-driven workflows for federal health IT. Perform data exploration, integrate agents into cloud analytics platforms, implement MLOps/LLMOps practices, build demonstrations, and guide production deployments while mentoring developers and ensuring governance and security.

Lead and oversee QA/test activities across the SDLC for large federal healthcare systems. Manage QA processes, automation frameworks, performance and accessibility testing (Section 508), data validation, tooling, SOPs, metrics, and QA teams. Ensure compliance with CMS standards, drive continuous improvement, and embed QA into Agile delivery to meet program milestones.
