Lead and mentor a software engineering team while developing AI-enabled enterprise platform capabilities. Responsibilities include deploying agentic AI tools, designing context engineering and multi-agent architectures, building shared infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines, reviewing AI-generated code, establishing guardrails, and partnering with product, security, and data teams. The role requires hands-on C#/.NET and modern JavaScript development, database, SQL, API, ETL, and engineering leadership expertise.

Serve as a technical liaison across Professional Services, Product, and Development teams. Lead enterprise client discovery engagements, design integrated workflow architectures, develop digital strategies, resolve architectural escalations, and improve delivery processes. The role requires expertise with Trimble App Xchange and construction-industry consulting or product/project management, along with client relationship management, requirements gathering, and multi-project engagement leadership.

Provide technical customer support through email, phone, chat, and queues. Troubleshoot Trimble product issues involving billing, accounts, entitlements, installations, extensions, crashes, and bugs. Document cases, manage backlogs, meet service-level targets, use knowledge-base resources, qualify escalations, and educate customers through guidance and best practices.
