Manage and coach a team of 5-8 SDRs to improve outbound prospecting, meeting creation, pipeline generation, and promotion readiness. Drive account prioritization, messaging, tool usage, and cross-functional alignment with AEs, Marketing, and RevOps to scale outbound motion and unlock under-penetrated segments.

Enable ecommerce brands to adopt Moby by leading customer activation, translating goals into practical AI-driven workflows, coaching operators, building onboarding playbooks, and feeding product teams with customer feedback.

Lead end-to-end motion design and art direction across product marketing, social, and campaign work. Produce storyboards, animatics, and final animations (primarily After Effects), set visual/motion standards, mentor designers, ideate creative concepts, direct shoots, and manage external partners. Balance speed and quality while partnering cross-functionally to align motion with product and brand goals.
