Owns end-to-end recruiting across North America, including proactive sourcing, candidate experience, hiring-manager partnership, talent-market advising, leadership hiring support, employer branding, and recruitment process improvements. The role influences hiring decisions, develops talent pipelines for niche and high-volume roles, and aligns talent strategy with business priorities.

Serve as the technical advisor for complex B2B integration sales opportunities. Lead technical discovery, solution design, demonstrations, technical validations, proofs of concept, objection handling, and customer handoffs. Partner with Account Executives, Product, Implementation, and Services teams to advance deals, improve technical win rates, reduce implementation risk, and translate EDI, API, supplier enablement, and ERP-integrated solutions into business value.

Manage high-volume EDI add-on implementation projects for existing customers, coordinating customers, trading partners, and internal mapping, integration, and connectivity teams. Serve as the primary liaison, gather requirements, communicate updates, resolve issues, maintain project documentation, and deliver implementations within an 18-day target.
