Lead and mentor a Field Application Engineering team to provide pre- and post-sales technical support for PCB design, manufacturing, and assembly. Act as customer technical liaison, drive DFM engagement, translate requirements into product/process improvements, support strategic accounts, develop technical sales materials, and ensure compliance with industry standards and export controls.

Lead new business capture for strategic Aerospace & Defense accounts across PCB, RF/microwave, and microelectronics product lines. Build pipelines, shape requirements pre-RFP, run full capture lifecycle, coordinate cross-functional solution architecture, and secure high-value awards. Serve as primary customer interface, influence acquisition strategies, and drive win strategies with Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, and Pricing.

Serve as the Order Management Subject Matter Expert supporting order processing, export/ITAR compliance, vendor approvals, and coordination between manufacturing, logistics and customers. Ensure identification and control of ITAR-restricted products, manage visitor authorization processes, and improve order-to-ship processes and documentation.
