Provides strategic and tactical technical guidance to customers using Tulip’s no-code manufacturing platform. Responsibilities include developing technical success plans, advising on architecture and integrations, leading workshops and training, supporting implementations, driving platform adoption, establishing governance, communicating customer requirements to Product and Engineering, and supporting renewals and expansion. The role requires strong manufacturing, MES, Industry 4.0, SaaS, cloud, API, database, and customer-facing technical expertise.

Manage a portfolio of manufacturing customers to drive digitization using Tulip, track usage and ROI, support renewals and expansions, coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve issues, and build scalable Customer Success processes while presenting account health and outcomes to executives.

Own and close complex B2B SaaS deals in the US aerospace & defense vertical. Build and maintain a self-sourced pipeline, manage full sales cycle from discovery through negotiation and close, partner with pre-sales and customer success, capture field intelligence to inform product and GTM, and mentor junior AEs.
