Coordinates employee moves across the Puget Sound campus, managing project scope, schedules, logistics, vendors, communications, reporting, facility walkthroughs, furniture and work orders, floor plans, and post-move support. The role provides customer service, manages move-related inquiries, supports presentations and contract administration, monitors vendor performance and billing accuracy, and drives continuous improvement. It also provides coverage for the Move Delivery Lead without people-management responsibilities.

Provides administrative and project controls support for construction projects. Responsibilities include managing contracts, Statements of Work, purchase orders, change orders, cost commitments, documentation, schedules, budgets, meetings, reporting, client presentations, and project closeout. The role coordinates with project managers, contractors, consultants, clients, and internal teams while maintaining compliance, accurate records, and timely project communication.

Track milestones, budgets, RFIs and deliverables; produce status reports; enforce governance and best practices; provide cost control, value engineering and constructability advice; support client relationships, process improvement and knowledge capture.
