Coordinates small-scale and large group employee moves across the Puget Sound campus, managing schedules, logistics, vendors, communications, reporting, presentations, facility walkthroughs, furniture needs, post-move support, and customer inquiries. The role creates and tracks move projects, monitors vendor performance and billing, supports contract administration, resolves routine issues, provides coverage for the Move Delivery Lead, and drives continuous improvement.

Coordinates employee moves across the Microsoft Puget Sound campus, managing project scope, schedules, vendors, communications, reporting, facility walkthroughs, furniture and floor-plan needs, post-move support, and customer inquiries. The role manages moves ranging from individual employees to groups of up to 500, supports contract administration and project documentation, delivers presentations, monitors KPIs and billing accuracy, and implements continuous improvement initiatives.

Provides administrative and project controls support for construction projects by managing contracts, Statements of Work, purchase orders, change orders, cost commitments, schedules, documentation, budgets, meetings, reporting, and closeout activities. The role supports Project Managers, coordinates with clients and project stakeholders, prepares presentations and status reports, maintains compliance with company and client standards, and contributes to process improvements.
