The Market Editor monitors cultural, consumer, retail, technology, luxury, beauty, and other market shifts to identify trends and commercial opportunities. They create editorial reports, trend briefs, forecasts, competitive intelligence, and cultural insights; use AI tools to accelerate research; and lead insight sessions. The role also supports thought leadership, social content, events, client presentations, new business efforts, and cross-functional innovation initiatives.

Supports the sales team through showroom preparation, order and inventory tracking, sample management, customer communications, data entry, record keeping, reporting, and general administrative duties. The role requires strong organization, accuracy, multitasking, communication, customer service, and Microsoft Excel skills while collaborating with Account Executives and managing client and order information.

Prepare and optimize printer-ready packaging files across labels, cartons, boxes, and other materials. Conduct pre-press checks for color, resolution, fonts, brand consistency, and print specifications. Evaluate and update client assets, manage versions and production files, collaborate with creative and development teams, and coordinate multiple deadlines. Duties may include retouching, color correction, artwork cleanup, and applying print-finishing requirements such as embossing, coatings, and die cuts.
