Leads Twitch’s global creative strategy and high-performing creative team. Oversees brand identity, agency partnerships, creative operations, and consistent brand representation across markets. Partners with senior leaders to align creative initiatives with business objectives, uses data and market insights to guide decisions, and champions innovation, inclusivity, and community-focused brand experiences. The role requires strategic creative leadership, executive communication, global brand management, and a strong portfolio of brand-building and campaign work.

Provides executive support to the Heads of Community Trust and Policy, Outreach and Education. Manages complex calendars, travel, expenses, presentations, meetings, events, and confidential communications. Acts as a strategic partner and coordinates cross-functional operational planning, including budgets, headcount, space planning, and organizational deliverables. Requires strong project management, stakeholder coordination, communication, organization, judgment, and emotional intelligence.

Leads Twitch’s Android Platform engineering team, setting strategic vision, building platform tools and frameworks, improving developer experience, software quality, testing, performance, and operational excellence. Partners with product, design, iOS, and engineering leaders to deliver scalable mobile experiences. Defines KPIs, drives cross-functional execution, fosters innovation, and hires and develops remote engineers.
