Lead end-to-end UX design for streamer monetization experiences: conduct research, prototype mobile interactions, collaborate with PMs and engineers, use qualitative and quantitative insights to drive product strategy, present to stakeholders, and mentor junior designers.

Own Twitch’s global digital accessibility program, including strategy, education, enablement, intake, backlog management, auditing, QA, and testing. Advise product, design, engineering, legal, and executive teams on accessibility risks and solutions. Lead specialists and vendors, integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines, deliver cross-product accessibility initiatives, and establish guidelines, reporting, and scalable processes across desktop, mobile, gaming console, and OTT products.

Build and maintain full-stack video-on-demand, clips, and short-form content systems serving millions of concurrent users. Develop backend services in Go and frontend experiences in React, collaborate with product and design teams, support live services, resolve production issues, and contribute to scalable distributed systems.
