Own the architecture, development, performance, and support of interactive 3D product configurators using WebGL and JavaScript frameworks. Integrate configurator recipes with Salesforce Commerce Cloud, SAP S/4HANA, PLM, PIM/MDM, middleware, OMS, and WMS systems to ensure accurate SKUs, BOMs, pricing, availability, and fulfillment. Lead technical design, code reviews, performance optimization, accessibility, data contracts, asset pipelines, personalization moderation, and end-to-end commerce integration.

Leads enterprise change management for organizational and technology transformations. Develops change, communication, stakeholder engagement, and adoption strategies; conducts impact and readiness assessments; supports change champions; creates training materials; facilitates workshops; monitors adoption metrics; coaches leaders; and promotes sustainable implementation across the enterprise.

Provides mainframe patch-management expertise using SMP/E and z/OSMF. Responsibilities include CVE reporting, patch automation, response modeling, validation cadence, package stability reviews, dashboard improvements, baseline dataset development, vulnerability-tool integration, and secure patch deployment. The role also develops AI-driven prompts and automation for testing, RFB validation, and impact analysis while supporting z/OS and ISV software installation, maintenance, customization, and testing.
