Develop and maintain back-end systems using Java and microservices architecture, work on cloud projects in AWS, and collaborate with teams that use React Native. Provide subject-matter expertise for backend development across a 12-month contract.

Designs and builds web, middle-tier, and desktop applications. Performs database design, writes stored procedures, and analyzes technical challenges. Works on a small team to deliver solutions, communicates with clients, follows project milestones and budgets, and adheres to OO/MDA/SOA and Agile/Waterfall methodologies. Handles confidential information and may travel up to 10%.

Manage and administer ARO/OpenShift clusters, design scalable Kubernetes deployment patterns with Helm, build reusable Helm charts, implement ArgoCD/GitOps CI/CD pipelines, configure service mesh (Istio/Linkerd), write/manage manifests and operators, onboard application teams, and monitor/troubleshoot platform performance.
