Own and evolve UJET’s data platform, including MySQL CDC replication to BigQuery, dbt transformations, Terraform infrastructure, pipelines, data quality, observability, and Looker models. Build reliable, analytics-ready datasets and trusted metrics for internal and customer-facing reporting. Partner with Analytics, Finance, Product, and Engineering to deliver scalable data solutions, improve platform reliability, optimize performance and costs, and establish development standards and guardrails.

Own complex customer issues from intake through resolution, diagnosing CCaaS and telecommunications systems using logs, SQL, APIs, dashboards, and observability tools. Execute approved production changes, coordinate high-severity incidents, create engineering escalations, participate in global on-call rotations, communicate with customers and internal teams, and develop playbooks, root-cause analyses, and process improvements.

Lead reliability, scalability, observability, and incident-management initiatives for critical distributed systems. Define SLOs, error budgets, and actionable alerts; automate toil; improve production readiness and recovery; lead incident response and postmortems; build reusable operational tooling; partner with engineering and product teams on architecture; and mentor engineers while scaling SRE practices.
