Lead the architecture, strategy, and development of enterprise generative AI initiatives. Define AI/ML standards, guide scalable model deployment, conduct advanced research, and collaborate with executives, product, data science, and engineering teams. Mentor technical leaders, promote MLOps and responsible AI practices, optimize models for cost and performance, and represent the organization through publications and industry engagement.

Define and evolve enterprise IAM security architecture across workforce, cloud, infrastructure, and applications. Design identity lifecycle, governance, RBAC, ABAC, authentication, authorization, and privileged access solutions. Lead IAM modernization, threat modeling, security reviews, compliance alignment, and least-privilege initiatives. Partner with engineering, cloud, infrastructure, and technology teams; document architecture standards, guide strategic projects, mentor IAM engineers, and evaluate emerging identity technologies.

Leads organization-wide data science strategy, architecture, and AI/ML standards across multiple teams. Drives multi-year initiatives, platform and tooling decisions, scalable production systems, and measurable improvements. Provides technical leadership in generative AI, agentic systems, LLMs, deep learning, and advanced modeling. Influences executives and cross-functional roadmaps, mentors senior contributors, supports hiring, and promotes responsible AI, data governance, and innovation.
