Owns the product strategy, roadmap, backlog, requirements, releases, and adoption of automation solutions for renewable-energy substations and BESS design. Partners with engineering, business, clients, and technology providers to validate problems, develop MVPs, track KPIs, communicate product value, and drive digital transformation. Requires renewable infrastructure knowledge, design automation experience, strong stakeholder management, and familiarity with web applications, BIM, data structures, APIs, SQL, and AI tools.

Designs, integrates, commissions, tests, and troubleshoots PLC, HMI, substation, protective relay, RTAC, and communication systems for renewable energy applications. Responsibilities include interpreting electrical schematics, performing field commissioning, troubleshooting networks, collaborating with engineering teams and stakeholders, meeting project schedules and budgets, and adhering to NERC CIP and safety standards. Travel of 25–35% is required.

Designs and develops accurate 3D models and technical plans for substation infrastructure projects. Provides drafting support and technical guidance to engineers and technicians, including electrical equipment layouts, conduit, grounding, lighting, lightning protection, schematics, and wiring diagrams. Applies project standards, collaborates with teams, organizes work to meet schedules, and works independently using CAD, 3D modeling, and related software.
