Own Uncapped’s partner channel, including prospecting, partner recruitment, activation, relationship management, lifecycle communications, deal progression, commissions, reporting, and revenue forecasting. Build pipeline through brokers, affiliates, agencies, and platforms; manage partner economics and attribution; and improve funded-deal performance. This hands-on role requires independently operating the partner and GTM technology stack while owning weekly channel results.

High-velocity, phone-first account executive role selling working and growth capital to US e-commerce SMBs. Run inbound/outbound cadences, hit activity and velocity SLAs, manage deals end-to-end in days, maintain HubSpot hygiene, and compete on leaderboards while partnering with senior AEs and credit to close deals quickly.
