Health Insurance & Wellness Benefits

Flexible Spending Account (FSA)

Unify employees can contribute up to $2700 annually to their Health Care FSA, $5000 to Dependent Care, $3500 to an individual HSA, and $7000 to a family HSA.

Disability Insurance

Disability insurance covers 60% of annual salary up to $8000 monthly maximum payout.

Dental Benefits

Our dental plan covers 100% of expenses.

Vision Benefits

The vision benefits plan covers 100% for annual eye exams with $200 for glasses and contact lenses.

Health Insurance Benefits

Unify offers two health benefit plans, a high deductible paired with a health savings account (Unify Saver) and a traditional PPO (Unify Select). We provide an employer contribution with the HSA.

Unify offers a traditional and Roth 401k option accessed through Fidelity Investments.

401(K) Matching

Unify provides a discretionary company match based on company performance which employees are eligible for after one year of employment.

Performance Bonus

We pay performance-based bonuses on an annual basis for work done over the past year. We also have a unique consultant incentive program; Merit; rewarding our people for above an beyond contributions.

We also work with local clients so that our employees spend time with friends and family, not traveling. For employees who want to go above and beyond and help with company growth, they are rewarded through our optional incentive program. We run lean and are consultant-first, so our employees spark and own programs made for and by participants.
