What makes us special is our resolute commitment to work/life balance and carving out unique career paths. This approach allow employees to lean in or out as their personal preferences evolve.
We also work with local clients so that our employees spend time with friends and family, not traveling. For employees who want to go above and beyond and help with company growth, they are rewarded through our optional incentive program. We run lean and are consultant-first, so our employees spark and own programs made for and by participants.
Our employees share a variety of common interests and passions from health/wellness to volunteer opportunities outside of work (e.g., Seattle’s BigClimb, Oblideride, Habitat for Humanity, our Annual Whistler Ski Trip, to miscellaneous fun like monthly Happy Hours, Karaoke, book clubs, and all kinds of outdoor adventuring. We also offer an annual "Unifier for Good" award for the employees doing the most good in the community where they win a financial gift for the nonprofit of their choice.
We're always learning. Recently we solicited company-wide feedback via an anonymous, comprehensive total benefits survey. We are already taking strides to make our benefits and programs best-in-class based on the findings.
