Lead product operations to improve release processes, manage release planning and dependencies, govern Jira workflows, administer Pendo tagging, monitor operational metrics, partner with Product/Engineering/Analytics to ensure data quality, and drive continuous improvement and cross-functional alignment.

Manage and optimize Salesforce and Pardot environments, lead Pardot administration and marketing automation, design scalable automations and integrations, enforce data governance, build reports and attribution, support users via tickets and enablement, and partner cross-functionally to drive GTM outcomes.
