The role involves building and maintaining machine learning infrastructure, including data pipelines and distributed training workflows, while collaborating with ML engineers to enhance efficiency and reliability.

Own and drive Unity's XR platform roadmap, negotiate with hardware partners, coordinate R&D and engineering to stabilize and expand XR support, author strategy, resolve cross-functional dependencies, integrate AI-driven tooling, and represent Unity externally at industry events.
