Leads the full lifecycle of enterprise applications and integrations, including analysis, design, configuration, development, testing, maintenance, reporting, databases, workflows, and data transformations. Provides technical guidance to users, supports Workday integrations, ensures system security and reliability, coordinates releases and patches, troubleshoots production issues, and collaborates with vendors and IT stakeholders.

Processes financial aid applications, verifies student information, determines eligibility, and updates aid records and awards. Maintains accurate student files, reconciles admissions and financial aid records, authorizes disbursements, and ensures compliance with federal, state, and university requirements. Provides routine guidance to students and staff, resolves documentation questions, supports system updates and testing, and assists with audits, reviews, and financial aid process improvements.
