Lead development and execution of UPrep's communications strategy; manage web, social, email, SEO/analytics, crisis communications, visual design, and paid Meta campaigns; supervise communications staff and interns, manage budget and external vendors, maintain brand standards, produce content (photos/video, print, web), and serve as strategic communications partner to school leadership to elevate the school's profile and engagement.

Manage University Prep's web, social, and digital communications to maintain consistent branding and share school stories. Produce and publish website, social, email, and display content; implement basic SEO/SEM; track and report digital analytics; design small-scale print and digital assets; capture photos/videos and manage media repositories; collaborate with internal teams and supervise digital engagement and best practices.

Temporary Development Database Manager maintains and secures donor data in Veracross and related platforms, processes gifts and pledges, manages integrations and data quality, produces financial and stewardship reports, supports campaigns and events, and collaborates with Business Office, IT, and Development leadership to ensure accurate fundraising analytics and compliance.

Provide classroom instruction and management for middle and high school students on a part-time, on-call basis. Implement existing lesson plans, track attendance, supervise non-instructional duties, leave detailed notes for returning teachers, enforce school policies, and communicate with faculty, staff, students, and parents. Maintain safety and use school systems and A/V equipment as needed.

Provide classroom instruction following teacher lesson plans and manage classroom duties. Supervise middle school students after school, oversee check-in/check-out, monitor safety, address behavior and health incidents, complete reports, and communicate student concerns to school leadership.

On-call Substitute Teachers provide classroom instruction across various disciplines, collaborate with staff, ensure safety, and maintain communication with parents and students.

Support the Interim Director by formatting and sending the weekly all-school email, creating social media content, and writing for the school blog/magazine. Part-time in-person role (up to 10 hours/week) during school hours; flexible schedule with Thursday availability preferred.
