Design, develop, and validate mechanical components and assemblies for automated matcha hardware. Create CAD models and drawings, perform tolerance, FEA, and DFM analyses, build prototypes, conduct testing, manage BOMs and design documentation, and collaborate with electrical, firmware, controls, and contract manufacturing teams.

Own Vale’s social media presence across strategy, content creation, publishing, community engagement, performance, and reporting. Lead social strategy for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms; build scalable content systems; manage creator relationships and external partners; guide culturally relevant campaigns; and collaborate cross-functionally with leadership, PR, communications, and cafe teams to grow brand awareness and engagement.

Rotational leadership development program for recent graduates. Participants complete rotations across operations, marketing, logistics, product, and people operations; lead cross-functional projects; learn Vale’s business and culture; receive mentorship; present recommendations to senior leadership; and identify a function for future placement.
