Teams at Vanir

Leads K-12 construction and renovation projects through planning, design, bidding, construction, and closeout. Oversees scope, schedule, budget, quality, cost controls, contracts, risk, change management, design coordination, permitting, and compliance. Serves as the primary liaison with school districts, contractors, design teams, and public agencies. Supervises and mentors project staff, manages reporting and project controls, and supports successful owner turnover.
