Own Vanta’s AI product marketing strategy, including narrative, positioning, messaging, roadmap alignment, launches, event content, customer and analyst communications, and sales and customer-success enablement. Partner closely with Product and Engineering to translate technical AI capabilities into compelling, accurate market stories, influence roadmap decisions, and drive adoption. Lead keynote-level narratives, customer testimonials, objection handling, launch measurement, and scalable go-to-market processes.

Founding Account Executive to build Vanta's downmarket business across Latin America. Own full sales cycle for 0–400 employee companies, create outbound pipeline, convert inbound, run demos and sales materials in Spanish, collaborate with SDR, define sales playbook and gather product feedback to establish repeatable GTM motions across LatAm.

The Senior Software Engineer will build and operate systems for Vanta's FedRAMP environments, focusing on reliability, compliance, and incident response, while collaborating with product teams and improving operational readiness.
