Coordinates purchasing for new club openings, facilities, maintenance, equipment parts, and ongoing operations. Creates and tracks purchase orders, monitors supplier deliveries, resolves fulfillment and invoice discrepancies, reconciles documentation, and supports supplier onboarding. Partners with Procurement, Facilities, Construction, Operations, Finance, Accounts Payable, and club teams. Maintains purchasing records across multiple systems, assists with reporting, and identifies process improvements. Requires strong organization, accuracy, proactive communication, and follow-through in a fast-paced multi-location environment.

Leads enterprise pricing and revenue management across VASA Fitness clubs, membership products, premium offerings, and ancillary services. Develops pricing architecture, financial models, forecasts, dashboards, experiments, promotions, and market strategies. Analyzes elasticity, customer behavior, retention, lifetime value, profitability, and competitive positioning. Partners with Finance, Marketing, Operations, Product, Technology, Analytics, and Real Estate, presenting recommendations to executive leadership and establishing governance for pricing decisions.

Leads VASA Fitness’s enterprise-wide talent acquisition strategy across 80+ clubs and Support Center roles. Oversees the recruiting team, high-volume hourly hiring, workforce planning, employer branding, ATS and recruiting technology, AI automation, vendor relationships, budget, compliance, and hiring metrics. Partners with executives and field leaders to support growth, new club openings, succession planning, and scalable candidate pipelines across multiple states.
