The role tests and scales acquisition channels, builds Decile’s presence on X and LinkedIn, creates automations, and shares growth insights across the company. Candidates should be creative, fast-moving, strong writers, comfortable with AI tools, and highly self-directed. Venture, fintech, or investor-sales experience is a bonus.

Own quality across Decile Hub and Start Fund by anticipating release issues, building AI-agent-driven regression and exploratory testing systems, maintaining test plans and release checks, and managing bug triage. The role also focuses on customer onboarding, login, identity verification, document signing, and capital workflows. The QA Engineer partners with engineering, product, and customer success to turn customer feedback into comprehensive test coverage.

The Associate will support fundraising operations, LP research, and investment diligence at Decile Capital, handling internal workflows and aiding in operational efficiency during fundraising cycles.
