Partners closely with product, sales, marketing, competitive intelligence, and executive teams in the data privacy and AI compliance market.

Provide high-touch desktop and AV support for C-level executives: troubleshoot and maintain Mac/Windows/mobile devices, manage imaging/patching via Jamf and Intune, administer Azure/Entra ID and Exchange Online, run Zoom Webinars and executive events, own incidents end-to-end, follow ITSM/ITIL processes, and support onboarding, travel, and after-hours needs.

Provide high-level executive support to the Chief Marketing Officer: manage complex calendars across time zones, coordinate travel and expenses, handle confidential information, organize company events and onsite experience, collaborate cross-functionally, and support inclusion, diversity, and equity initiatives.
