Uses customer, market, win-loss, and performance insights to influence product strategy, pricing, packaging, pipeline, and win rates. Partners closely with product, sales, marketing, competitive intelligence, and executive teams in the data privacy and AI compliance market.

Generates and closes B2B sales for Kasten products within an assigned territory. Builds relationships with prospects, partners, resellers, and end users; conducts lead generation and cold calling; communicates product benefits; coordinates with field sales and internal teams; manages forecasts and opportunities; updates Salesforce; and achieves individual and team quotas. Travel is required up to 5–10%.
