The Talent Operations Associate will manage job postings, coordinate interviews, maintain candidate records, and support recruitment innovation efforts.

Manage domestic income tax provision and compliance (ASC 740), oversee federal/state tax filings and payments, lead audit defense, review work of senior tax analyst, coordinate external providers and auditors, mentor staff, and lead ad hoc tax projects and research to support corporate tax operations.

The role involves managing enterprise systems, providing operational support, troubleshooting, designing user-centric solutions, and ensuring excellent customer service.
