Lead ServiceNow development team and design architecture for ITSM and SPM modules. Review and approve developments, manage instance lifecycle and upgrades, define platform governance, and act as primary technical contact for architecture and roadmap decisions.

Develop, configure and administer ServiceNow ITSM and SPM modules. Build workflows, scripts, integrations (REST/SOAP/JSON), manage users/roles/ACLs, participate in requirements/design sessions, produce technical documentation, and support platform integrations and administration.

Manage, maintain, secure, and enhance WordPress and custom PHP web platforms end-to-end. Responsibilities include development, server and hosting administration, MySQL database optimization, performance tuning, DNS/SSL management, backups/disaster recovery, security (WAF/Cloudflare), integrations, and troubleshooting across development, staging, and production environments.
