Manages enterprise relationships with assigned credit unions, serving as the primary relationship manager and strategic advisor. Develops account plans, identifies growth opportunities, promotes payment and ecommerce solutions, negotiates contracts, manages renewals and revenue, and delivers strategic business reviews. Collaborates with internal product and service teams on implementations and initiatives, maintains Salesforce records, monitors industry trends, and works to expand client portfolios and strengthen satisfaction.

A 10-week summer internship providing hands-on experience through meaningful business projects in the financial services and credit union industry. Interns collaborate with professionals and leaders, participate in development and networking sessions, and present their work at the program’s conclusion. The role seeks students with strong communication, organizational, problem-solving, adaptability, learning, and collaboration skills, plus an interest in financial services, technology, and credit unions.

Designs scalable, secure, cost-effective enterprise solutions spanning software, hardware, infrastructure, data, and security. Collaborates with product stakeholders and Agile teams, evaluates technologies and vendors, defines architectural standards, plans integrations, optimizes performance and cloud costs, ensures compliance, and provides technical guidance. The role also uses data queries, visualizations, and reporting to inform product functionality.
