This role involves analyzing EHR and insurance claims data to define clinical outcomes, developing AI models, and collaborating with technical experts for manuscript preparation.

Manage complex pre- and post-service appeals (Level 1–2 and external review), serve as clinical SME on payer medical policy, own end-to-end case resolution, mentor junior staff, analyze denial patterns, improve SOPs and appeal assets, coordinate with providers, and support digital transformation and cross-functional reimbursement initiatives.

Manage the insurance billing life cycle: verify coverage/benefits, submit claims, post payments, perform A/R follow-up, research and appeal denied claims, navigate payer portals, produce reports (Excel), support patients and internal teams, and ensure compliance with payer guidelines and HIPAA.
