Steward the Salesforce org by designing and maintaining declarative solutions, enforcing automation and governance standards, safeguarding data and security, supporting integrations, monitoring platform reliability, managing releases and documentation, and translating business needs into scalable, supportable platform designs while partnering with developers and stakeholders.

Lead and optimize order-to-cash and ASC 606-compliant revenue recognition for a SaaS business. Oversee billing, collections, systems integrations (CRM, billing platforms, ERP), KPIs, internal controls, and team leadership. Drive process automation, audit readiness, and strategic initiatives to support scaling, cash management, and cross-functional collaboration.
