Execute value-selling, present solution-based recommendations to executives, meet revenue and activity targets, maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline, and collaborate with internal teams. Requires use of sales technologies (e.g., Salesforce) and up to 20% travel.

Lead reliability, performance, and observability for multiple Vertafore products. Own SLIs/SLOs, incident response, error budget management, CI/CD and automation, and 24x7 on-call rotations.
