Own and operate production services end-to-end to ensure reliability, scalability, performance, and operational health. Define SLIs/SLOs, perform incident response and root cause analysis, build automation and self-healing, manage production changes, and collaborate with engineering, product, and operations teams to improve system design and observability.

Lead a small AI engineering team (4–8), own end-to-end delivery for an AI product domain, stay hands-on with architecture and code, build production LLM/IDP/agentic systems, ensure observability and reliability, mentor engineers, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver scalable AI features for insurance customers.

Manage and grow existing Vertafore accounts by selling products and services, retaining revenue, executing value-selling at executive levels, forecasting pipeline, meeting quota and activity targets, resolving customer issues, and collaborating with internal teams to drive customer satisfaction and expansion.
