Lead Seattle laboratory technology operations and act as the accountable Research Site Partner. Manage site operating budget, vendor ecosystems, programs, and cross-site prioritization. Serve as product owner for site requirements, drive technology adoption and change management, ensure GxP/SOX-compliant IT/OT operations, and lead a local team with full people-management responsibility.

Lead design, execution, and optimization of spatial transcriptomics studies to characterize tissue architecture, cell interactions, and therapeutic response. Generate and integrate spatial data with single-cell, proteomic, imaging, and histologic datasets, develop robust sample and assay workflows, evaluate new spatial technologies, communicate findings, and mentor junior scientists to support discovery, translational, and biomarker programs.

Lead design, optimization, and execution of high-parameter flow cytometry assays and multicolor immunophenotyping. Integrate cytometry with molecular profiling, analyze complex data to inform translational hypotheses, establish best practices, troubleshoot assays, mentor junior staff, and drive cytometry workstreams across discovery and development programs.
