Own a portfolio of 8–12 lender accounts, driving adoption, engagement, retention, and measurable customer outcomes after implementation. Develop mortgage industry expertise, work closely with customers, and shape practical AI applications for a regulated industry. Contribute to product strategy, team culture, and company growth while navigating complex problems with curiosity, persistence, and strong communication.

Design, build, and operate backend systems for a mortgage lending platform. Own backend responsibilities from design through production, focusing on scalability, performance, reliability, and multi-service architectures while collaborating with product and full-stack engineers.

Join an early-stage platform team to scale and mature a mortgage origination platform. Work across the stack to improve distributed systems, performance, observability, and infrastructure tooling, and help define engineering standards and frameworks for growth.

Provide L2/L3 technical and product support to enterprise customers for a customizable Loan Origination System. Investigate logs and configurations, reproduce issues, triage to Product and Engineering, document Help Center content, and advocate product/process improvements. Participate in occasional after-hours incident coverage and biannual offsites.

Serve as a product and mortgage subject-matter expert: test and document platform functionality, configure partner integrations, map data schemas, create canonical loan workflow documentation, and coordinate testing/integration status with product, engineering, and implementation teams to deliver production-ready software.

Build and maintain full-stack features on a product-oriented team, owning product areas end-to-end. Ship customer-facing functionality, design and optimize data models and schemas, work with React state management, relational databases, cloud services, event streaming, caching, and AI tools. Collaborate cross-functionally, take high ownership, and occasionally support mission-critical work outside normal hours.

Build and scale the platform infrastructure to support mortgage origination: design cloud architecture, deploy and operate Kubernetes-based systems, manage databases, implement observability and incident response, and create internal developer tooling to improve reliability and engineering velocity.

Lead end-to-end enterprise implementations of Vesta's mortgage LOS from sales handoff through post-go-live. Serve as product expert and solutions consultant, manage cross-functional teams, create project plans and documentation, mitigate risks, and build strong customer relationships to ensure successful deployments.

Serve as the primary technical contact for partner integrations: review partner docs (including MISMO), map data, advise product managers, coordinate testing-to-launch certification, troubleshoot integrations, and support the implementations team to ensure smooth partner and customer integrations.

Lead product marketing as the first dedicated PMM: define launch processes, develop messaging and positioning, create case studies and benchmarks, and collaborate with sales, partnerships, and marketing to drive awareness, demand, and product usage for large mortgage lenders.
