Own a portfolio of 8–12 lender accounts, driving adoption, engagement, retention, and measurable customer outcomes after implementation. Serve as the strategic customer partner and escalation point while coordinating Product, Support, Implementation, and Sales. Build Vesta’s Customer Success function from the ground up, including playbooks, engagement models, success metrics, feedback loops, operating cadence, and hiring and managing the first 1–3 team members.

Lead the technical aspects of enterprise sales for an AI-powered mortgage loan origination platform. Responsibilities include conducting technical discovery, understanding prospect architecture and workflows, delivering tailored product demonstrations, addressing technical objections, influencing deal strategy, supporting enterprise deal closure, and sharing customer feedback with product teams. The role partners closely with Sales and helps build Vesta’s go-to-market motion and company culture.

Own a product area end to end by understanding customer problems, writing precise specifications, and driving execution with engineering and design. Develop mortgage industry expertise, work closely with customers, and shape practical AI applications for a regulated industry. Contribute to product strategy, team culture, and company growth while navigating complex problems with curiosity, persistence, and strong communication.
