Teams at Vetcove

Own clinic communications, customer case studies, engagement programs, pet-parent educational content, partner resources, and scalable content processes. Collaborate with Product, Customer Success, Growth, sales, veterinary experts, and external partners to create and distribute content across products and marketing channels. Manage video production, vendors, budgets, editorial workflows, and performance measurement while strengthening Vetcove’s brand presence.

Manages cross-functional projects connecting Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Operations, and veterinary customers. Advises on clinic workflows, coordinates strategic initiatives and product launches, manages external partnerships, tracks timelines and dependencies, maintains documentation, and represents the customer perspective. Requires veterinary clinic operations experience, project coordination skills, strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management. The role is fully remote within the USA and supports software products for veterinary organizations.

Own Vetcove’s major customer, executive, and company events from strategy through execution. Lead multi-day summits, retreats, and offsites, managing venues, programming, hospitality, travel, production, staffing, budgets, logistics, vendors, negotiations, and attendee experience. The role requires autonomous ownership, exceptional attention to detail, strong hospitality instincts, resourcefulness, and calm problem-solving under pressure.
