Manage a 24/7 veterinary emergency hospital, including recruiting, onboarding, scheduling, training, team development, financial performance, budgeting, payroll, accounts receivable, inventory, facilities, compliance, and daily operations. The role focuses on creating excellent patient, customer, and employee experiences, building local partnerships, achieving revenue and margin targets, and supporting an inclusive, high-performing workplace. Availability for rotating nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Lead and manage the veterinary nursing team in a 24/7 emergency hospital: oversee scheduling, payroll, hiring, onboarding, performance, licensure, training, and day-to-day clinical flow while fostering a people-centric culture and partnering with hospital leadership to maintain medical excellence.

Build and improve frontend interfaces for DogByte and other internal products used by veterinary hospitals. Own projects from problem framing through production release, collaborate with Design and Product, uphold accessibility and performance standards, evolve shared components and design systems, review technical work, and contribute to backend or full-stack development as needed. Apply AI tools thoughtfully across development workflows while maintaining quality and reliability.
